Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Yellow Teeth → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

I cancelled my free trial but I'm still being charged.

Trials must be cancelled at least 24 hours before they end. If you believe you were charged in error, request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds — Apple does.

The app says my subscription is expired but I just paid.

In the paywall, tap "Restore Purchases" to re-sync your subscription with the App Store. If that doesn't fix it, email us with your Apple ID's email address and approximate purchase date.

How do I delete my data?

Most of your data lives on your device. Uninstalling the App removes the local routine, completed tasks, and saved photo. For information held by Apple or RevenueCat, see our Privacy Policy.
